About the Author
Chris LoPresti is the Founder of TouchPoints, a consumer data technology company that helps brands connect with their community. Fairly new to the entrepreneurship book world, but glad I was referred to this book by a friend. Great tips, great insight, and a great read for those trying to get into this business sector, or new to it!

Do yourself a favor - read this book.

I bought this book expecting it to be the same old, same old entrepreneur book. Not the case at all. Learning from successful entrepreneurs from a wide range of fields opened my eyes to mistakes I have made and didn’t know it, and mistakes I was bound to make had I not read the book. Such a great read I could not put it down. I wish I had been able to read it sooner in life. INSIGHTS is a must read for not only entrepreneurs, but all people in the business world.

Fabulous!

Outstanding... This is a fun and insightful look at entrepreneurship from 101 different angles. It's an anthology for seasoned and aspiring entrepreneurs alike. Many of the contributors have written their own books on the subject yet offer new insights here, especially when strung together seamlessly by Mr. LoPresti. I wish I had read this before I launched my own startup, which is no longer in business... I'm looking forward to the hardcopy version since this would make a great gift.

Martin, a fourteen-year-old computer geek who lives with his overbearing father, learns some very hard lessons when he allows the school bully to talk him into bringing down the spaceport computer network. Geek Games is an exciting as well as poignant coming of age story. I liked Martin a lot and he is very well defined. He has a hard life even before the novel begins, but in spite of all the hardships, or maybe because of them, Martin develops a strength that enables him to stand up for what is right. He has to learn to live with the consequences of his actions, but he works very hard to stop terrorists and help the enslaved miners.

The setting of the novel is a space station and its surrounding asteroids and while I obviously have never lived in such an environment, I felt as if I were a part of this world. I was especially taken with the descriptions of the Aleyni, the race which is native to the planet on which the space station is situated. Many of the space station personnel feel that they are superior to the Aleyni and refuse to have anything to do with them. But the Aleyni have a very rich culture and they also can offer many goods and benefits to the space station inhabitants. I thought the author really handled the mixing of the cultures with sensitivity and grace.

The plot is fast moving and exciting, chasing terrorists through the asteroids, searching for a drug lab, and mining ore in deep caverns. There is enough adventure to satisfy any reader and the plot twists and turns, providing many surprises. The ending is satisfactory, but it also could be the beginning to another adventure and I really hope that Martin’s story will be continued in future novels.

Science Fiction lovers are sure to enjoy getting to know Martin and the rich world of the Aleyni.

Geek Games is after Relocated but before Broken Bonds. (Both 5 star books) There is also a companion poetry book called Sand in the Desert.

I LOVE this series. I have devoured everything the author puts out.
Falling back into the series is like a coming home feeling. I always end the book sad it's over. Massive book hangover.

I want this series to go on forever.
The stories never lack, rich in plot, with lots of character development and scenery descriptions that leave you looking for your ticket to space.

The characters are not always who you think on first glance. It can lead to some interesting surprises through out the book. As well as the series.

The Aleyne are by far one of my favourite races, in science fiction. There is a depth to them that I am not sure anyone other than the author could ever do them justice. (I would love a book in the series to be told from their point of view. )

The author does not shy away from real issues in her books. LGBT issues, family issues, social issues..she writes facing them head on and weaves some amazing story lines.

If you are looking for series to pull you in and one with so much re-read value the books are well loved, this is that series. I've already read it numerous times. I also leave the poetry book on my bedside table. That's how much I love this series.
