There are many people who write about and aggregate in the pursuit of living a healthier lifestyle. But,only a fraction of them LIVE it day-to-day. In addition to reading Jared's terrific book, I've been fortunate to spend a few hours mountain biking the trails with Jared in his his hometown of St. George, Utah while exploring ideas and concepts to take health and wellness to the next level.

In WholeFIT, Jared gives you a holistic plan that is ACHIEVABLE! It's not overwhelming - just like anything in which you want to do a little better, give yourself time to digest and apply the ideas ad you WILL notice improvements.

New way of thinking about health

Just finished this book and feel like I've learned a lot about how so many different factors influence our health. I really thought it was just food, exercise and sleep. I enjoyed the real life examples vs just a clinical discussion on how the mind, body and spirit work together.
